Account Profile and Cover Photos can be a photograph or graphic that represents you or your business. Representative graphics may include geographic locations, pets, automobiles, caricatures, avatars, photos of places or persons obtained and used with permission of the photographed. The photo or graphic representation cannot contain elements that might be interpreted as hateful, vulgar, prejudicial, inflammatory, gang related, violates copyright laws, or is otherwise found to be offensive to Downtown Middletown Mobile App Users. Photographs or graphics found to violate this policy will be removed and you will be notified of the violation. Saltzmann Media Limited reserves the right to suspend or block accounts and users that violate this policy in any capacity.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When users leave comments/posts on the sites, or mobile app, we collect the data shown in the form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. After approval of a comment or post, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
